Draw Your Breath

Express, Embrace Empower.

November 24, 8:30-12:30, Tel Aviv

“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.”  In order to live our lives meaningfully and purposefully, we have to learn how to stop and smell the roses.  Join us for this pilot workshop, where as a community in our own proverbial “rose garden”, we will stand together and take a deep breath.  In this workshop, we will connect to ourselves (Breath, Mind, Body) and to each other using a unique combination of Therapeutic Warrior Arts and Expressive Arts techniques.

Applications open until November 14.
Workshop limited to 10 participants.
