Thrivacious Annual Retreat

Release. Heal. Thrive.

November 8-10, 2018 | Kibbutz Dalia, Israel

When is the last time you took a break and invested 3 full days in yourself?
Join other women touched by cancer in Israel for an intimate, transformative experience in a peaceful, pastoral setting. Together, we will participate in unique workshops and activities to release what holds us back, heal our spirits, and learn to thrive forward.

The retreat will begin on Thursday, November 8 at 10:00 and end on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 19:00.

The Thrivacious retreat is open to any woman in Israel who has been touched by cancer. This includes previvors, patients, survivors, thrivers, and caregivers. Wherever you are in your cancer journey, we meet you where you are at. The retreat is Shabbat friendly and kosher.

Together with a team of experienced and professional facilitators, we are creating a transformative journey in which you will learn and practice various techniques to release, heal and thrive. Examples include activities like writing, art, meditation, breath work, dance and team building exercises. Some workshops will take place with the whole group, while in others we will split up into smaller groups in order to focus on specific issues. The workshops are mandatory, but there is also a lot of free time built into the program. There are also optional workshops such as morning yoga and meditation.

The Thrivacious Retreat is an "off the grid" program. In order to ensure it’s effectiveness, participants will be asked to “de – digitalize.”  This means no cell phones, and no wifi in public areas of the retreat (an emergency number will be provided for you and your family).
